This Privacy Policy sets out what Personal Information Euconair Services Pte Ltd and Euconair Engineering (“Euconair”) may collect and how Euconair uses and shares the Information.

1.1    The types of Customer Information that Euconair collects depend on the nature of the service requested or transaction undertaken and may varies on the circumstances in which the Personal Information is being collected.

• Your Personal Information may include your name, email address, mailing and/or residential address, phone number, date of birth, marital status, credit card number
• Electronic Information relating to the computers or electronic device that you use to access Euconair website at https://www.euconair.com, Euconair mobile apps, Facebook page, and other social media platforms that may be used by Euconair from time to time.
• The Personal Information collected may be used to complete a transaction and request for services. Your Personal Information may be shared with third parties such as agents, service providers and Euconair affiliates to complete the transaction and fulfilment of requested services.

2.1        How do you get my consent?

In the course of performing transactional functions with Euconair such as making a service request online, Personal Information will, by nature of the task or transaction, be provided by you to Euconair. In such instances, your consent will necessarily be implied that you are agreeable to providing Personal Information in order for Euconair to provide the requested or necessary service and/or product to you. 3.1          Your Personal Information is important to Euconair and we will not sell or rent your Personal Information. However, Euconair may share your Personal Information with our Affiliates or third parties in connection with fulfilment and completion of transactional purposes and when required by or where exempted under applicable laws of Personal Data Protection Act.

Once you leave Euconair website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

5.1          To protect your Personal Information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

SECTION 6 – COOKIES

6.1           Euconair may use cookies to enable our systems to recognise your computer or electronic device and to provide better navigation features to you on our website. While the cookies collect certain data such as your IP address, browser, and device characteristics, referring URLs, and a record of your interactions with our website. These cookies are not designed to collect Personal Information about you.

If you choose to enable the block cookies function on your electronic devices while navigating our website, certain service and function may not be affected.

SECTION 7 – AGE OF CONSENT

7.1           By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority recognized under the laws of the Republic of Singapore or that you are the age of majority have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

SECTION 8 – CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

8.1           Euconair reserves the right to update the Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on Euconair website so that users will be aware of when the Policy was last amended.

SECTION 9 – MARKETING

9.1            You can choose to stop receiving email, direct mail, phone, and mobile marketing communications. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from Euconair, you can send request via email to admin@euconair.com.

SECTION 10 – CANCELLATION POLICY

10.1.1        Aircon Services Cancellation Policy for Recurring Packages –For aircon servicing recurring service packages paid upfront, there will be no refund for the cancellation of remaining sessions.

10.1.2        In the event of client is not in the premises at the scheduled appointment time, our technician will wait for 30 minutes before considering client no show and leave. Client no show will also considered as cancellation less than 24 hours.

SECTION 11 – SCHEDULE CHANGING POLICY

11.1.1         Aircon Services Change Policy – For aircon services, changes must be notified at least 24 hours. For changes less than 24 hours, a 30% change fee will be charged. In the event the new session is then eventually cancelled, then the cancellation fee outlined above will apply instead.

SECTION 12 – ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENT

12.1.1       For clients who are individuals, payment is due at the end of the service. The invoice will be sent to the client prior to the service date. At the end of the service, the client should either show our technicians the PayNow or Bank Transfer proof of payment for the invoiced amount, or provide a cheque / cash for the amount specified on the invoice. Our technicians will take a photo of the payment as evidence they received it.

12.1.2       For clients who are corporations, payment is due within 15 days of the service. The invoice will be sent to the client prior to the service date. Payment shall be made through bank transfer or cheque addressed and mailed to Euconair Services Pte Ltd.

12.1.3       In the event of upgrading service to package, another invoice will be sent to client and it is due together with the first invoice.

12.1.4       Late payment fees will be charged at a rate of 1.5%per month.

12.1.5       For continued non-payment, Euconair Services Pte Ltd. will undertake collection action, and the costs of collection will be borne by the Client.

• If the correct Price for the Product/Service is lower than the stated Price, then Euconair Services Pte Ltd shall charge the lower amount and refund the Customer the excess amount paid.

Order Acceptance / Confirmation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Euconair Services Pte Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order/wish list to accept or decline your order.

Payment Terms

All payment must be affected in Singapore currency. We accept payment by cash-on-delivery or cheque and online payment.

If you are paying by cash, the cash amount for the full price of the Goods must be paid to us on the date of delivery. If you are paying by personal cheque, it must be mailed and received by us and cleared before the Goods can be delivered to you. These payment terms are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion.

Euconair Services Pte Ltd reserves the right to refund even after an order is confirmed and paid for should it be unable to deliver the Goods and/or Services requested.
